Harbour Tour on Wednesday evening
One of the most beautiful and enjoyable ways to see Copenhagen is by boat sailing down the city’s charming canals.
On Wednesday evening, the congress features a 2 hour harbour tour. The boats are roofed in case of bad weather. A light meal will be served on board.
Unfortunately, there are no restrooms on the boats.
Departure: “Havnebadet Islands Brygge“ – only a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
Boarding starts at 18:30. The tour lasts for approximately two hours and ends at “Havnebadet Islands Brygge”.
Please remember your ticket.
An English-speaking guide will tell us interesting stories about the sights including the Copenhagen Opera House, Amalienborg Palace, Christiansborg Palace, the impressive Black Diamond Library, and, of course, the Little Mermaid.
Dinner and Dance on Thursday evening
A congress dinner is held at the congress venue on Thursday night. We will gather in the Capital Foyer at 18:30 for a welcome drink accompanied by a live jazz duo, followed by a three-course dinner including wine ad libitum. The dinner will be held in the Capital Ballroom.
During the dinner, there will be entertainment. The winners of the film reading quiz, the exhibition quiz, the Nordic case competition and the poster-walk competition will be announced and each will receive a prize.
The evening is completed with dancing and live music by the Royal Dance Orchestra (www.royaldanceorchestra.dk).
Copenhagen has been named the #1 city to visit in 2019 by the Lonely Planet – especially during spring.
Historical buildings, innovative design, green oases, a great variety of restaurants and food markets and many other things make Copenhagen a wonderful place to visit.
